JA ImpleMENTAL MSPC progress report hybrid meeting and WHO workshop on capacity building for MSPC members, Copehangen Denmark

JA ImpleMENTAL Member State Policy Committee meeting and Hybrid seminar with WHO within the Framework of MSPC to maximize policy alignment and sustainability effort to be held in Copenhagen, Denmark

From March 6 to March 7, JA ImpleMENTAL Member State Policy Committee members will gather in Copenhagen, Denmark, at a meeting organized by the NPHO (Greek National Public Health Organization) and the World Health Organization, European Region.

The key objectives of the meeting are:

  • to provide an overview of current JA ImpleMENTAL status and to highlight some of the activities to the MSPC members, as well as to bring everyone on board
  • to showcase examples of strong collaboration between MSPC members and Country Coordinators, which has been an enabler for the project activities and the successful transfer and pilot implementation of the best practice
  • to provide input how the pilot plans (strategic areas and activities), country profiles and reports have been aligned with the current national strategies and/or future activities
  • to brainstorm with and engage MSPC members in dialogues on how the activities of JA ImpleMENTAL can be sustained and embedded in National strategies and how the Network expertise can be sustained
  • to prepare the agenda of the MSPC in Athens, formulated by MSPC with the support of country coordinators (the agenda may include a showcase of selected successful activities and results that can be presented, as well as discussions on the finalization of sustainability plan which will be complemented with further capacity building by WHO)
  • provide the valuable opportunity of visiting the WHO European Region Office, and participating in capacity building activities prepared for the MSPC members by the WHO team
  • to enjoy this team building exercise of the Network of MSPC members across Europe

This valuable meeting will consist of many fruitful discussions which will be essential in regards to the JA ImpleMENTAL program, and the process of implementing best practices in participating countries.
