JA ImpleMENTAL – the second coordination meeting on communication

Quality project communication is crucial for distributing the most important messages, activities and outcomes of the JA ImpleMENTAL project.

Accompanied by many examples of good practice, ideas, and experiences of numerous participants, the second coordination meeting on communication activities was held on February 26th.

The workshop discussed the importance of dissemination and communication activities in JA ImpleMENTAL, useful tools, good practice, and the roles that partners have in it, all to improve the activity of sharing and implementing the project itself.

The presentations covered several current topics – from the very beginning of the JA ImpleMENTAL to all related work packages and their dissemination, to the results achieved so far.

The visibility of the efforts and results of the JA ImpleMENTAL in the participating countries were discussed, and dissemination activities that represent an example of good practice were presented -Croatia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Iceland, Malta, and Spain.

In addition, the importance of the EU Health Policy Platform in the visibility of the project itself was emphasized, as well as the continuation of the implemented good practices after the end of the project. Also, the usefulness and practicality of using various internal tools such as the Intranet and calendar were highlighted.

In the final part of the meeting, common strategies for further improvement of dissemination and communication activities were determined, and certain adaptations to the local needs of each participating country were presented.
